We charge a set inclusive fee of R9 000 to attend to an unopposed divorce matter. This set fee can be paid off monthly over a maximum period of 12 months – a file activation fee of R595 is payable to start the process.

The process itself takes approximately 06 months to complete, the variance largely due to the fact that the court shall allocate the available court date upon submission of the application.
